The first is an interactive video tour geared toward kids. MC the robot leads you on a 12-minute visit to the ISS, as well as the history of space stations in general. There are choices for high- and low-bandwidth connections, as well as for Real Video and Windows media players.

Also check out the virtual tour, where you click on a piece of the station and see a panoramic moving view of the actual component. No sound, but its the best bet for a real look at the station.

For those who can maneuver through a somewhat unwieldy installation process, theres a very interesting virtual reality page, using Virtual Reality Modeling Language, that lets you grab hold of a space station part with your mouse and spin it around. Of course, it helps if you know what a cupola is you have to select each part by name but its still just fun for the interactivity.
