The Faliro Olympic Complex will host during the ATHENS 2004 Olympic Games the events of Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Taekwondo and the Handball and is part of the Faliro Coastal Zone reformation, one of the largest and most significant Olympic Works in Attica. The Complex is situated at the south of Athens and comprises three Olympic Venues, the Sports Pavilion, the Olympic Beach Volleyball Centre and the Peace and Friendship Stadium. The reformation of the coastal zone also includes the Marina and the Esplanade.
